Accommodation Terms & Conditions
- All prices shown are per person per night, in a room with private bath or shower, and include VAT at the current rate.
- There is no supplement for single rooms.
- No allowance will be made for temporary absence or meals not taken.
- Dinner is taken from our “Table d’Hôte” menu (4 courses plus coffee). An “A la Carte” menu is available at an extra charge.
- These prices do not include the Christmas period. Details of our 4-day all-inclusive Christmas package will be sent on request.
- The above prices include full use of our indoor leisure centre featuring a heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, spa pool, gym and solarium (extra charge). Towels are provided for use at the indoor pool only.

Breakfast: 7:45am to 9:45am
Dinner: 7.00pm to 8:30pm
- Gentlemen are requested to wear jacket and tie for Dinner, but smart casual dress is acceptable. NO Jeans or shorts.
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the hotel.
Provisional bookings should be confirmed in writing within 14 days and a non-returnable deposit of £50.00 per person is required.
When cancelled rooms cannot be re-let, the Management reserves the right to make a charge for the total value of the bookings, less one third for food not consumed. Guests are strongly recommended to take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance, A leaflet will be sent with our confirmation letter.
- Cheques are accepted provided that five days are allowed for clearance, or the ammount can be covered by a cheque card.
- Credit Cards – Mastercard and Visa.
- Unconfirmed bookings – Payment in full will be requested on arrival.
We regret that pets or dogs are not accepted at the hotel.
We cannot guarantee bedrooms to be available until 2pm on the day of arrival. Those arriving early, however may make full use of the Hotel’s facilities and will be contacted when the room is ready.
Rooms should be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
Attention is drawn to the first section of the Innkeeper Act exhibited in the Reception Hall.
The Proprietors cannot accept liability for any articles lost or stolen from the Hotel or grounds, unless deposited at Reception for safe keeping and an official receipt obtained. Nor can any responsibility be accepted for loss or damage to cars or their contents left in the Hotel car park or driveway.
Every effort will be made to maintain prices quoted, but the Management reserve the right to make adjustments where necessary.

Collection and Registration of Personal Information
We sometimes request users of the Site to provide personally identifiable information. If you submit personally identifiable information to us through the Site, then we use your personal information to operate, maintain, and provide customised features and functionality.
Any personal information or other content that you voluntarily disclose online (for example, on your public profile, in posts, comments, or notes) becomes publicly available and could be collected and used by others. Your account User Name is displayed to other users when you post, send direct messages, or comment. Any post made in public mode or comment that you submit to the Site may be redistributed through the Internet and other media, and could be viewed by the general public.
We do not use your email address, phone number, or other personally identifiable information to send commercial or marketing messages without your consent or except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in or opt-out of. We may, however, use your email address without further consent for non-marketing or administrative purposes (such as notifying you of major Site changes or for customer service purposes).
We use certain non-personally-identifiable information (such as anonymous usage data, cookies, IP addresses, browser type, clickstream data, and user location) to improve the quality and design of the Site and to create new features, promotions, functionality, and services by storing, tracking, and analysing user preferences and trends.
Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties
Access to your personal information is restricted to use by THE REDCLIFFE HOTEL. We do share non-personally-identifiable information (such as anonymous usage data, referring / exit pages and URLs, platform types, number of clicks, and user location) with interested third-parties to assist with understanding the usage patterns for certain content, services, advertisements, promotions, and/or functionality for the Site.
We will not otherwise disclose any personal information without your consent except: in response to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our rights to defend against legal claims; and if we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, safety of person or property, violation of our policies, or as otherwise required by law.
GDPR compliance – Access and Changes to Your Information and Preferences
You may, at any time, request to view all the information we hold about you by emailing email@example.com. We will endeavour to respond within 7 working days.
You can request your information to be updated, corrected or entirely withdrawn and deleted from all our systems, processes and databases.
Should you request data withdrawal, we will first provide you with all the data we hold about you, then confirm completion of the withdrawal request via the email address you have provided within 48 hours unless we receive communication by you to halt the process.
You will receive no further communication from our systems unless you enter information on a form contained within the Site subsequent to deletion. You must allow consent of any information required to be submitted and stored.
Retention of Personal Information
We retain the personal information we collect from you for as long as the information is relevant to our business purposes or until you request that we remove the data.
Our Commitment to Data Security
We recognise that your privacy is important to you, and therefore we endeavour to keep your personal information confidential. For example, to protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique Password) to verify your identity before granting access to a user’s account or making changes to a user’s account information. However, we do not represent, warrant, or guarantee that your personal information will be protected against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alterations, and do not accept any liability for the security of the personal information submitted to us nor for your or third parties’ use or misuse of personal information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique Password and account information at all times.
To help us make emails more useful and interesting for registered users, we may receive a confirmation when you open email from the Site. We may also compare our registered user list to lists received from other companies, in an effort to avoid sending unnecessary messages to our registered users.
In the Event of Merger, Sale, or Bankruptcy
In the event that REDCLIFFE HOTEL LTD is acquired by or merged with a third party entity, we reserve the right, in any of these circumstances, to transfer or assign the information we have collected from our users as part of such merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control. In the event of our bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganisation, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, or the application of laws or equitable principles affecting creditors’ rights generally, we may not be able to control how your personal information is treated, transferred, or used.
